TheWalkinMan

Founding member. Photographer, graphic artist, consultant.

Fred SanFilipo (TheWalkinMan) is a
longtime upstate New York regular.  He lives in the city of Rochester on Lake Ontario.  Fred closed the doors on his successful 20 year Design & Marketing firm a few years back  in quest  of  the quieter pace & lifestyle of a freelance designer.

With the onset of the exploding digital age and a rekindled passion for taking pictures, he has recently added photography to his list of creative services offered.

On the strength of those two passions, Fred has taken on book jacket design. (see Martha's Vine)

Rob Christman

Picture
Founding member. Photographer, writer, editor, consultant.

Rob Christman is a top notch editor with a wry sense of humor. He has an amazing eye for detail, consistency in characterization, and continuity. No poor grammar, misspelling, or inappropriate punctuation makes it by Rob. He doesn't just know the Chicago Manual of Style; he probably has it memorized.

From his years with a publishing company in Chicago, to his years of being associated with the literary communities of Boston and Cape Cod, Rob has been at home in the company of writers and has helped them to develop and introduce new works.

Rob is active in theatre, art, music, literary, and poetry festivals.

Among his claims to fame—he has memorized Volumes 1 and 3 of À la recherche du temps perdu by Marcel Proust. (Good grief, Rob !)

Rob is also a talented photographer.
